This technical specification specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and implementation as well as supervision of general safety for textile products. Other requirements for textile products may be implemented in accordance with relevant standards.
This technical specification is applicable to the textile products used for clothing and furnishment which are produced, sold and used within the territory of China.Export products may abide by agreements or contracts.
This technical specification is not applicable to the textile products listed in Annex A, and the products which are agreed upon by the contract between the interested parties or otherwise specified by the state government are excluded.
